Hey All,
I'm so super excited to be taking part in the #TackleThatTBR Readathon again which is running from tomorrow August 26th 2019 till September 9th 2019. I always adore taking part in this readathon as my TBR is insane... and getting bigger. My goal for the near future is to not acquire many books and to get some of the ones I have on my shelf read. This readathon should definitely help with that.
During this readathon there are some additional challenges, listed below.
1. Book or series started but unfinished2. Newest book3. Oldest book4. Last or first book in series5. Book most excited for
Okay so here are the books I'm going to be 'tackling' during this readathon:
- Fall from India Place by Samantha Young - This book is one of the oldest books I have on my shelf unread. I tend to do a clear out of my shelves so often so I don't really have loads of old books on there.
- Nevernight by Jay Kristoff - This book is the newest book on my shelf. I have only just bought it a few days ago. I decided to finally jump on the Jay Kristoff bandwagon after I loved Illuminae and Aurora Rising so I'm super excited for this one.
- Roar by Cora Carmack - This book is my first book in a series. Honestly, this one is a little bit of a cheat one as I have already read it. However, when starting my ARC of book 2 I realised I don't remember much from Roar as it's been a heck of a long time since I read it so I'm kinda cheating as it's not technically a TBR book but I need to re-read it so I can read Rage.
- Rage by Cora Carmack - This book is the series started but not finished. Technically this might be a little cheating as well as it's not even out yet BUT it is in a series that I haven't finished reading... mainly because it hasn't been published yet but shhhh.... I won't tell if you won't!
- The Burning Shadow by Jennifer L Armentrout - GGGAHHHHAHHSJJKFDBSKGIN!!!! In case you can't tell this is my book I'm the most excited about! JLA is my favourite author in the entire world and I am so excited to have an ARC of this book! This will definitely be the first book I read for the readathon.
Are you taking part? What books will you be reading?
