From Goodreads:
Julia Hughes has always played it safe until she learned a very painful lesson. Now Julia’s starting over with a job in the Louisiana bayou—and a scorching encounter with a stranger, only to discover he’s Lucian de Vincent . . . her new employer. The de Vincent brothers share a massive fortune and a dark reputation. Julia cares for their troubled sister, but a menacing presence in the mansion—and the ever-present temptation of Lucian—prove dangerously distracting.

Lucian’s grandmother claimed de Vincent men fall in love once—and hard. Apparently, it’s Lucian’s turn. Julia’s compassionate care of his twin makes Lucian want to lay himself bare. But some secrets are better for Julia not to know.

The recent “suicide” of Lucian’s father is the latest in a string of deaths on the estate. Someone is eliminating the de Vincents. And the best way to get to Lucian may be through Julia. . . .
"Incredibly sexy? Hot. Stunning. Extremely clever? No. Wait. I got it. I'm irrisistble and irreplaceable."

Moonlight Sins is a book that I didn't really know anything about before I started reading it. All I knew was that Jennifer L Armentrout wrote it and everyone who knows me knows that I will read anything wrote by this woman. She is my absolute favourite author and I have loved everything that she has ever wrote. Moonlight Sins is no different. This was such an incredible and amazing book.

Now... I'll be honest. When I first saw this book I thought it was the new spin off from the Lux series. Luc... Lucian... I guess the names were just too similar for my brain to cope with. Due to this confusion I was totally unaware that this was a romantic thriller. This is definitely not the kind of book that I usually pick up as I usually find any thrillers (regardless of whether there's a good romance or not) a little boring and I don't typically like them. However, Moonlight Sins was phenonenal and as always Jennifer is making me love genres that are not usually my kind of thing.

Lucian is a myterious and dangerous lead male character but he also has a really sweet side and this is the side that will make everyone fall in love with. He can be pretty threatening when it comes to anyone hurting those that he loves. Julia is the only woman that has ever caught his attention and when she moves into his house as the nurse for his sister he just can't stay away.

I loved that this book is told in two points of view and than we get to know Lucian and Julia really well. I loved both of these characters and I loved the romance that starts to develop between them. Moonlight Sins is mainly their love story with a little hint of a thriller along with it. I loved every sigle moment of it and I couldn't wait to get to Lucian and Julia getting together.

Moonlight Sins is such an amazing and gorgeous book. I loved every moment of it and couldn't read it fast enough. It's not my favourite JLA book but it was so so good. I really liked it and I cannot wait to read the other books about the other brothers. Even if you're not a fan of thrillers, like me, I highyl recommend that you give this one a try.

"I love you. And because I love you, I'm not going to give up on you - on us. I'm going to fight for you. So get used to it. I'm yours. You're mine."
